Po krátkom hľadaní sa to podarilo. VMVare Server s Win XP, bežiaci na SuSE 10.3 klientovi,
hral so mnou krátku hru na neústupčivosť. Žiadne USB zariadenie ktoré som pripojil k
mašine som pod XPčkom nemohol nájsť. Riešenie ?
Nebudem prepisovať, len prekopírujem ...
This version of SuSE has changed the location that we poll for USB filesystems.
This also occurs on some other Linux distributions as well. We are looking for
a way to resolve this issue when we must poll in different places.
In the meantime, you may wish to run the following command, as a workaround:
mount -t usbfs none /proc/bus/usb
If this line is already present in /etc/fstab, it likely has the noauto option set in the options column (4th column). Change this to auto.
Čo dodať ? Funguje to ! :o))

To configure the host to mount USBFS automatically on bootup, add the following line in the /etc/fstab file:
usbfs /proc/bus/usb usbfs auto 0 0
